Staff was probably overwhelmed, it took about 15-20 minutes to take orders. It took at least another 15 minutes until the order came. Just for a coffee latte and a glass of wine.

A nice café and very friendly staff, it's a shame that there isn't a single piece of vegan cake. That would be very easy. Nowadays that is part of it. With the selection of the dishes on offer, you can have a very positive effect on the water footprint. I personally find such considerations very important and I like to look for restaurants that are environmentally conscious.

Despite Corona very quick, nice competent service and nice café, great for flight enthusiasts to see how gliders and Cessna take off.

We have seen sky-high acrobatics from Top Gun. It decided about 5 stars. In addition, quite mean black coffee and good capuccino. The staff forgot about the ordered flights and we did not ask for them. After all, ice cream can be eaten in many other places.

Alternative destination if it is too crowded in Haltern am See (Corona, what else) and likes small planes. Then you can watch the hustle and bustle with coffee and other snacks on the terrace.

Always worth a trip in summer and when the weather is nice. For children it is also exciting to watch the sports and gliders take off and land. Eating and drinking is great too. The staff is friendly too.
